Every Tuesday from 5:30pm-7:30pm The Penguin will host "Rate a Record" at Slice of Life on Military Cut-off. This gives YOU an opportunity to influence what music gets on The Penguin air wavs. At the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of Slice of Life we will play potential Penguin music and have a open discussion while you "Rate" each song and decide if it makes the grade.
